MYO Ice Cream Sandwich
Take two of your favourite chocolate biscuits and sandwich a scoop of Cadbury Vanilla ice cream between the two biscuits.

Orange Martlettes with topped Oranges and Connoisseur Cafe Grande Ice Cream
Pastry

150g butter, cut into pieces

250g plain flour, sifted

80g castor sugar

1 egg yolk



Work butter, flour and sugar until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add yolk and quickly mix. Form into a ball. Leave to rest. Roll out dough 3mm thick and line six small or one large flan case with removable base. Bake for 10-15 minutes in pre-heated oven at 200c. Lower temperature to 170c and fill cases with filling.



Filling

3 eggs

Juice of 3 oranges

150 ml double cream

100g castor sugar

4 oranges, cut into segments, all pith removed



Whisk eggs, juice and sugar and cream together until frothy. Fill pastry shells and bake with oven door ajar until set (approx 25 mins). Cool. Top with orange segments.



Toffee

4 tablespoons water

150g castor sugar



Just before serving, dissolve suagr and water in heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil until pale golden. Pour toffee over orange segments and using two forks pull some toffee threads over top to decorate.



Serve with Connoisseur Cafe Grande ice cream.

Wilko's Special
Place a scoop of Connoissuer Classic Vanilla or Cafe Grande in a small coffee cup and drizzle with your favourite espresso coffee. Garnish with small piece of Biscotti.
